*Please note that your flexibility training will probably involve strength training exercisesor AT LEAST strengthening warm-ups. Developing strength along with flexibility is essential for practicing safely.
**I only teach within the scope of my knowledge and practice. Therefore I do not teach middle splits, although I hope to offer this in the future once it is something I am more experienced with.
