The 21-day Foundations meditation program is based in inquiry and exploration, and builds context for a vibrant contemplative practice. Foundations also challenges you to consider how meditation can support you in a personal project of your choice.

Never practiced meditation before?
That's okay. This is the perfect place to start. If you already have a background in meditation, Foundations will support you in developing your practice.

No problem. You can try the Foundations Basic program out for seven days at no cost.
