14-day online meditation program
The 14-day Body Connect online meditation program is based in inquiry and exploration. The program provides context, resources, and guidance in support of a happy and peaceful relationship with the body. At the end of the program, you are invited to embark on a creative project to share your own perspectives on and insights about the body.
