Now that you have your journal(s), how do you set yourself up to actually get meaningful words on the pages?
This can be so difficult and intimidating. We may worry that whatever we write isn't worthy of being in our journal, or simply don't know what to write at all. If you feel this way, realize that that is part of the process, and those feelings can go away completely as you become more comfortable with journaling.
